Conferences that move.
SOTVIA, AETECH, InCODE and IVIC meet in a different city each year. Every edition is hybrid, so the programme travels even when the audience cannot.

Add conferences in the CMS to publish the circuit.
A room is not the only place to present.
SOTVI conferences are built around a simple constraint: a researcher in Padang should be able to present to a room in Rabat without pretending the distance does not exist.
Hybrid is not a fallback. It changes the programme, the review process and the way sessions are chaired. Accepted and presented papers are considered for JOIV through the standard review process.
